(Dog/Cat MUST be returned to AWF if you no longer want the dog/cat for any reason. Taking the dog/cat to a shelter or giving the dog/cat away to another individual will be a breach of the agreement and result in legal action and a fine of $5,000.) Do you agree to this?*
